REVIEW
The Story: 4
Monsterland Reanimated picks up a few weeks after the end of Monsterland – you could get away with reading this as stand alone but if I am honest the first book sets the stage so to speak.
The world is in chaos and has taken on a very dystopian every-man-for-themselves vibe to it all, the story was enraging and action packed without a doubt with some violence, blood and gore mixed in, it was just the audio production that let it down for me. I really hope we get a prequel story to the Monsterland books, I would love a more in depth read as to how we came to this point
The Narration: 2
This book was read by Luke Hannafin and it was completely different, it did take me a while to get used to his voice as I just started listening to this book as soon as I had finished book 1. The production on this book was weaker compared to the first, there were moments with long drawn out silence and also moments where the narrator seemed to rum sentences to together, his speed of reading was all over the place and sometimes he dropped the character voices so they all ended up sounding the same making it confusing as to who was talking.
