I’ve been writing, in one way or another for as long as I can remember; writing poetry, short stories, a romance novel secretly stashed under the bed and sappy love letters. Fiction should be fun. I wanted to create the perfect beach book, to make the reader laugh, cry and cheer… and then run out and tell their friends about it.
My love of reading began when I was seven, the day I opened the cover of my first Mrs. Piggle Wiggle book. Mrs. P gave lessons to other children in how to behave and to me I learned to love the written word. I live with my family and demon children aka rescue cats in South Florida.
Guest Book Review from Ashley at This Pretty Little Life
Hey everyone! First off thank you so much to Ebook Addicts for allowing me to guest post on their blog while mine is a hot mess! LOL That’s how the cookie crumbles though I guess!
So this is the SEVENTH! Yes SEVENTH installment of the “In Paradise” series by Deborah Brown and as an avid series lover, I always worry about a series when it gets this far into the series. I feel like there is a seventh book curse or something where the author begins to stumble and her characters begin to crumble (I was a poet and didn’t know it! LOL) Deborah Brown is a certified genius. Seriously, she has managed time and time again to come up with amazing storylines that make you never want to put her books down. Madison, Fab, Creole, Mama Westin, the entire cast of this series, everyone is just amazing.
This time around, surprise, surprise, Madison and Fab are in trouble again! This time though it’s all because of Jax and the trouble he gets into. Seriously, these gals don’t find trouble they seem to unknowingly hunt it down and step right into the thick of it. I feel like Madison and Fab are the Stephanie Plum and Lula of the Florida Keys, always getting into trouble and as always their men are at a loss on what in the world to do with them.
I mean who else would end up with a severed head on their porch? Only Madison Westin. Like I said before, in this case there is no seventh book curse. Just an awesome book that had me in Seventh Heaven instead!
Go grab it today! Even if you haven’t read any of the other ones, this one can stand on it’s own but it’s always totally awesome to get to know the characters and watch them grow and develop so start at the beginning or start here and go back to the beginning. All that matters is that you start reading these amazing books!
Even though I received this book through Beck Valley Book Tours, all opinions are 100% my own.
