My Ghostly Valentine
by Ani Gonzalez
Light Paranormal / Romantic Comedy
Date Published: February 1, 2016
Town baker Patricia O’Dare wants to buy the famous, but sadly derelict, Rosemoor Bed & Breakfast, and turn it into a luxurious teashop. Only one thing stands in her way, bad boy restaurateur Zach Franco who wants the building so he can expand his pizza empire. Add a pesky ghost that seems to dislike the idea of having its home turned into a restaurant, and Banshee Creek’s first Valentine Day’s Ball and things get dicey pretty fast.
All’s fair in love and war, specially where the incorrigible Zach Franco is concerned, but as the fight over the Rosemoor heats up, Patricia fears that she may be winning the battle, but losing her chance at love
I seriously want to move to Banshee Creek, every time I read about it, it makes me love it more!
This is book 4 in the Banshee Creek series but it is definitely easy to read as a stand alone. My Ghostly Valentine sees the resident baker Patricia finds her friend Zach in a compromising situations that required her to rescue him admits her fits of laughter. Only she decided not to help him out once he lets slip that he is bidding for the Rosemoor.
The Rosemoor is one of the local haunted buildings that the Historical Society have put up on the market – Patricia has big plans for the place and didn’t think for a minuet that she would have competion. Zach also has high hopes for the Rosemoor so it becomes a fight of the best man to win.
Only neither were banking of winning each others hearts at the Valentines Ball.
This is just yet another brilliant addition to the series with the PROVE gang getting up to their usual high-jinx, otherworldly stuff happening and seeing Particia;s Ex get what was coming to him was just priceless.
