Readers asked for it, and JC Valentine has delivered!
Life has thrown me a few curveballs…
But nothing as sexy or devastating as Alejandro.
I never thought I’d see him again, but fate has seen fit to give us another chance.
Maybe this time we’ll get it right. Maybe this time he’ll stay.
Or perhaps my heart is about to be irrevocably shattered.
One way or another, our lives are about to change.
Only time will tell if it’s for better or worse, but one thing is certain…
Alejandro is a force to be reckoned with…maybe even best to be avoided.
But when it comes to matters of the heart, sometimes there’s no reasoning.
Sometimes…it’s pure instinct.
Taking a chance on him is like playing Russian roulette—it’s dangerous…foolish…and likely to kill me.
But what’s life without a little risk?
Mami is the conclusion to Papi and you will need to read that part first in order to truly appreciate and understand this book.
Julie and Alejandro are reunited, and just like before the spark are flying and the sex is intense and you can really feel every emotion that Julie is going through as if it were you! After the ending of Papi I wasn’t sure who Alejandro & Julie would pan out and there were a few moments in this that I thought – no he isn’t going to pull through for her, but then the ending – oh my!
Julie is such a strong character and despite leaving her husband fo 17 years and getting with a younger man she shows us that staring over isn’t that scary, you just need to take the bull by the horns and see where live will take you.
Both Papi & Mami were great steamy novella’s filled with every emotion imaginable.
