THE CLUB SERIES includes:
Would you agree to be someone’s mistress if he promised to pay your student loans?
She’s a professor at a prestigious university, and he’s one of her department’s new graduate students.
She wants to be with her roommate, the guy who she has been in love with forever, but he’s still in love with her best friend.
What happens when a world-renowned artist starts to have feelings for the man she’s paying to be with?
Washed up rock star, Maverick, is no prince and he has some work to do on his charming.
What’s a girl supposed to do when she gets pregnant and the father of the child doesn’t want anything to do with the baby? How about seducing the nerdy next-door neighbor and making him believe the baby is his?
I loved this box set, I had previously read Black Dog Nights and was glad to get a chance to read the rest of The Club Series in the one complete box set, it was good to re-read Rose and Jae’s story, though after reading them all my favourite out of the set has to be Sapphire Beautiful.
Each book features a couple and their story relating to their experience with The Club, as the books go on the overlapping story lines and characters makes this a great series to start at any book as for all they are connected they are all also very much stand alone books.
The stories, for all they are similar they are also all different with the main characters reasoning behind joining the club, but they all have one thing in common – passion! Whilst each couple gets their HEA, in the book Mad Dog Nights, Bryson wrote of the seedier side to what clients of The Club are willing to do with their arrangement, it was the one book that the most hard hitting out of the series, felt kinda out of place but definitely was needed to show that flip side of the coin.
