DS Ashley Knight is back and the lovely Norfolk setting is plagued with murder yet again. Alfie Hook meets and untimely death after being stabbed while enjoying some fish and chips near the Paradise Caravan Park, Ashley along with her ‘fast-tracked’ young police constable, Hector Fade soon discover that Alfie is connected to an ex-criminal who has been released, so they think it will be a relatively case easy to solve. That is until a second murder which takes place at the Paradise Caravan Park throws a spanner in the case – they are seemingly two unconnected murders that just coincidentally happened so close together, but Ash and her MIT team must discover the connection quick before the body count continues to rising.
